This equipment is used to keep the chain and the shackles constantly clean. In this way we obtain a hygienic improvement of the whole installation and a saving of labor during cleaning. The cleaning of the shackles and the chain is obtained by the continuous action of two inclined drums on which special nylon brushes are mounted.
