The "COMPACT" cutting line model consists of a stainless steel frame on which the cutting modules to be used for the automatic cutting of chickens are installed. To achieve better productivity, the weight difference should not exceed 500 grams. All portioning machines installed on the line can be adjusted. The standard line is 5.5 meters long and comes complete with drive, tension unit, stainless steel shackles, electric control panel and safety device. On request and depending on the number of cuts required, the line can be extended up to 16.5 meters.
